Peter Warner is a Sydney-based painter whose art practice bridges an initial career in earth sciences with a deep exploration of form, light, and the natural world. Working primarily in oil on canvas, his practice spans expressive landscapes, figurative studies, and still life. He refined his technique through study at the Royal Art Society of NSW and Julian Ashton Art School, alongside masterclasses with leading painters like Sally Ryan, Kasey Sealy, John Wilson, Colley Whisson, Camile Przwodek, Mitch Baird and Idris Murphy. He is an active member of the Sydney plein air community. His work is held in private collections across Australia and the United States.
